The next step to ask trouble shooting questions that may lead to a simple fix like faulty coolant sensor. (Common real world issue.) At this point all is needed is a paper clip to bypass failed sensor. Driver can proceed with delivery till repairs can be scheduled at less of a safety risk to driver in most cases.
